Bought from AIWine, shipped by the winery.

AIWine.co.nz is operated by AIWine Ventures Limited, the licensed seller of the wine you buy here. AIWine Ventures Limited holds an off-licence under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, with a remote-sale endorsement for online orders. Our licence holder name, licence number and expiry date are shown in the site footer, with a link to a copy of the licence (and on every order at checkout), as the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Regulations 2013 require.

To get your wine to you fresh from source, each partner winery packs and dispatches the wine it makes directly from its cellar door, on AIWine's behalf. AIWine remains the seller and is responsible for the sale.

Because each winery dispatches its own wines, an order containing wines from more than one winery is split into separate shipments — that's why postage applies per winery, shown clearly in your case before you pay.

Delivery

What	Detail
Where	New Zealand addresses only. Australia (aiwine.com.au) and international delivery are coming — register your interest in the cart.
Delivery	Typically $12 flat per winery shipment of 1–5 bottles. Some wineries set their own rate or free-delivery point.
Free delivery	Usually on a Discovery Six — 6 or more bottles in one winery (or winery group) shipment. A few wineries set this at a full dozen.
Who delivers	Each winery dispatches its own wines via tracked courier.
Delivery hours	Alcohol is never delivered between 11pm and 6am, as required by law.
ID on delivery	Deliveries may require signature from someone 18+. Couriers can request ID and will not leave wine with a minor.

Discounts

The Discovery Six & Dozen.

Rewards apply to the bottles in each winery shipment — because that's the box the winery packs. Brands in the same winery group count together, since they ship from one hub. These are the usual terms; each winery can set its own minimum order, free-delivery point and whether the dozen discount applies:

Discovery Six — 6+ bottles in one shipment: free delivery.
Discovery Dozen — 12+ bottles in one shipment: free delivery, and 10% off those bottles where the winery offers it.
AIWine app members — an extra 10% off every bottle, funded by AIWine (never from the winery's return).
Craft wineries that ship in 6s & 12s — some small producers pack only full cartons; the cart's winemaker suggestions help you complete the six.

Each winery sets its own delivery, minimums and case deals — your case shows each shipment's exact terms and progress before you pay. Mix freely.

GST & pricing

Prices include GST. Always.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15% — nothing is added at checkout.
Your case shows the GST content of your total before you pay.
Order confirmations include taxable supply information for each shipment, identifying the supplying winery and its GST number.
Discounts and postage are GST-inclusive too — what you see is what you pay.

AIWine Ventures Limited is GST-registered (GST No. xx-xxx-xxx) and accounts for GST on each sale as the seller, in accordance with Inland Revenue's rules.

Age & responsibility

18+ only — checked twice.

You must be 18 or older to buy wine in New Zealand. You confirm your age when entering the site and again at checkout.
If someone else is receiving your delivery, they must also be 18+ — couriers can ask for ID.
